About Mama Moves Cards™ & Bethany Drohmann
A dancer, mother, manual therapist, and founder of Divine Proportion Pilates, Bethany Drohmann understands firsthand how pregnancy and parenthood can challenge self-care and movement time. Luckily, Bethany is committed, tireless, and innovative in finding ways to integrate movement into her life, all while raising her energetic toddler and newborn baby girl. With over 15 years experience in her field, Bethany realized that many of the things she helps clients with, she could also use to find better health and balance as a parent. Mama Moves Cards are Bethany's way of sharing some of those tools with you.
About the Artist
Melanie Manning is a photographer, an artist, and a crafter, as well as a mother of two young boys. She loves taking photos of children and her travels, and finding opportunities to use her art to support other mothers and their dream projects. Melanie is also pursuing her own dream project of making headbands and clothes for boys and girls that defy gender stereotypes.
